Structurally sound cabinet, constructed of mahogany. The pedestal legs are beautiful featuring an architectural element of crown ledge at the top of the legs. It has lived its life in a temperature maintained climate. This has lived with one family, and has NEVER been placed in storage. I tried to capture this in a photograph, but it was so minor it would not show up in an image. The cabinet is in remarkable condition with only light surface wear in one location.
